Neuroease Homecare grew out of Neuromotion — our neuro-rehabilitation and physiotherapy centre, where the same clinical team treats stroke, spinal-cord injury and paediatric neuro cases in-clinic. Our therapists kept meeting the same problem: a patient would make real progress in the clinic, go home, and lose it again within weeks. Not because the rehabilitation was wrong, but because nobody clinical was present for the other 23 hours of the day.

So we built the other 23 hours. Nurses who could continue the wound care and the injections. Therapists who would train the patient on their own staircase rather than a clinic ramp. Attendants who would notice that breakfast went untouched. And, for the hardest cases, a full monitored ICU installed in a bedroom.

What we are trying to fix

Home healthcare in India is largely unregulated. Families routinely pay for an "ICU-trained nurse" and receive a ward attendant. Packages are quoted as a single number with no breakdown. Caregivers vanish without notice and nobody answers the helpline. The default in this market is opacity, and the people paying for it are usually exhausted and frightened.

We are not going to fix an entire industry. But we can be specific about what we do, put it in writing, and be accountable to it — which is why the standards below are published rather than promised on a call.

Who delivers the care

Our field team is around 180 nurses, physiotherapists, speech-language pathologists and trained attendants across Delhi NCR, zoned by area so travel time stays short. Complex neurological and post-stroke cases are supervised by the same clinical team that runs our rehabilitation centre, so escalation goes to someone who has actually treated the condition.
