Everything a hospital does, at your bedside
Six services, each with its own staffing level, schedule and cost. Most families start with one and combine a second as recovery progresses — a nurse for the wound, a physiotherapist for the walking.
ICU Setup at Home
Critical care, without the critical-care ward
A complete monitored bedside — ventilator, multipara monitor, suction, oxygen and a dedicated critical-care nurse — installed in your home within 6 to 12 hours.
Learn moreNursing Care at Home
Clinical nursing on your schedule — a visit, a shift, or round the clock
Trained GNM and BSc nurses for injections, wound dressing, catheter and tube care, IV therapy and post-discharge monitoring — booked by the visit or by the shift.
Learn morePhysiotherapy at Home
Rehabilitation in the room where recovery actually has to work
Neuro, ortho and chest physiotherapy delivered at the bedside — stroke and paralysis rehab, joint-replacement recovery, mobility training and fall prevention.
Learn moreSpeech & Swallowing Therapy
Getting words and safe swallowing back
Assessment and therapy for aphasia, slurred speech, voice disorders and swallowing difficulty after stroke or brain injury — plus paediatric speech and language delay.
Learn moreElderly Care & Attendants
Dignity, company and a safe home — every day
Trained attendants and geriatric-care nurses for daily living support, mobility, medication discipline, dementia care and companionship — for 12-hour shifts or full-time live-in.
Learn morePost-Surgery Care
The first thirty days decide the result of the operation
Structured recovery at home after surgery — wound care, pain and drain management, mobilisation, and monitoring for the complications that send patients back to hospital.
Learn moreFrom first call to first visit
No call centre scripts and no package pushed before anyone has looked at the patient. Four steps, usually completed within a day.
Tell us what happened
One call or WhatsApp message. A care manager — not a salesperson — takes the diagnosis, the discharge summary if there is one, and what the family is struggling with right now.
Free home assessment
A clinician visits, examines the patient, and surveys the home: room, power, bathroom access, who else lives there. This visit costs nothing and carries no obligation.
A written care plan
You receive the plan in writing — scope, staffing level, visit schedule, equipment, expected duration and an itemised cost. If a lower level of care will do, that is what we quote.
Care begins, and gets reviewed
Your matched caregiver starts, usually within 24 hours. The plan is reviewed weekly and adjusted — including stepping down or ending it when the patient no longer needs us.
Tell us what happened.
We'll take it from there.
A care manager will call you back, arrange a free home assessment, and send a written plan with itemised costs before anything begins.
